How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Strategygrow Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Strategygrow Remodeling
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project has a problem, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what is said.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though: Strategygrow Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@strategygrow.beer and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
